About

Mixed-methods research analyst and AI-builder

I'm Michelle. I help teams understand people deeply, decide what to build, and prove it works. My path ran from brand strategy and art direction, to UX research and product design for AI platforms, to health AI today. Along the way I kept one habit: start with what people need, test early, and tell the story clearly. At Microsoft, I research and design for health and life sciences. That includes industry and use-case research, data governance, the Health Data Solutions experience in Fabric, AI model validation concepts, and data-labeling tooling with the Azure Text Analytics for Health team. At Nuance, I led generative and evaluative research and product design for Mix, an enterprise platform for building conversational AI. Now I'm adding data science and AI building to that foundation. I'm completing a B.S. in Data Analytics at WGU (spring 2027), and I build agentic AI tools that make research faster and more rigorous. I'm focused on helping health organizations establish, evaluate, and monitor AI that improves patient care and research.

Outside work

Outside of work, I'm usually on a trail with my husband and our two Vizslas. I also listen to psychology and technology podcasts, knit, make CNC crafts, play board games, and cook. My long list of hobbies says a lot about how much I love learning new things.
